| Kenny DeNunez, better known as "The Heater," is the Sandlot Boys' pitcher. He got his nickname for his fastballs, and he was the one who pitched the ball that Benny split open. As an adult, he played Triple-A baseball but never made it to the Major League, instead choosing to coach a local team that he called the Heaters. |
