This is probably the most complicated sheet I've ever seen : r/WeAreTheMusicMakers

With just a bit of theory knowledge, you can turn passages in paper like this into incredible music! (OK, maybe not THIS passage...)

Music theory is the study into what makes music sound good, and how to write more good music. Obviously, sounding "good" is relative, but if you want to make nerds like me let out a loud sigh or laugh at your quote of "Pop Goes the Weasel," knowing at least some theory is a must. This website will cover some basic music theory concepts and the 24 major and minor keys.

Take some time and look around into what makes the music you listen to sound so good. You'll appreciate the effort that even the most "basic" artists put into their songs.

Music theory isn't the only thing you need to play an instrument; the ability to produce sound and understand music are arguably more crucial in a music-producing setting!
