Domestic Shipping
  • Processing Time: Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders with custom or special-order items will require additional production time, and an estimated timeframe will be provided on the product page or at checkout.
  • Shipping Cut-off: Orders placed before a certain daily cutoff time (e.g., 2:00 PM CST) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time ship the following business day.
  • Shipping Methods: A variety of carriers are used, including USPSFedEx, and UPS, depending on the item's size, weight, and destination.
    • Economy/Ground: The most cost-effective option, with estimated delivery within 3–10 business days.
    • Expedited: Faster shipping services such as 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next-Day are available for an extra cost.
  • Restrictions:
    • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories is available but may not qualify for free shipping offers and may take longer.
    • PO Box addresses often require a specific carrier like USPS.
International Shipping
  • Availability: International shipping is offered to many countries. However, customs policies and restrictions vary widely by country.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The customer is responsible for paying any import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the shipping charge.
  • Shipping Carriers: Depending on the destination, international orders are typically shipped via international carriers.
  • Disclaimer: International shipments may experience longer transit times due to customs clearance and regulations.
Large & Oversized Items
  • Shipping Method: Very large or heavy items, such as commercial flagpoles, are shipped via freight carrier.
  • Delivery: Freight shipments typically involve curbside delivery. If a liftgate is required for unloading without a loading dock, additional fees may apply.
  • Restrictions: Freight shipping is generally not available for addresses outside the contiguous 48 states.
Tracking and Order Changes
  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped.
  • Address Changes: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Address changes may not be possible after the order is processed, and if they are, they may incur an additional fee.
  • Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages: Flags for All is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they are delivered. Customers should file a claim with the respective shipping carrier.
