Design & Ordering Process
- Submit Your Artwork: Upload your design via our website portal. We accept vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) for best results, but high-resolution raster files (.JPG, .PNG, .TIFF) also work.
- Free Digital Proof: Our design team will review your submission and create a complimentary digital proof. This proof will show exactly how your flag will look, including color matching (based on PMS codes you provide) and placement.
- Approve Your Design: Production begins only after you have given final approval of the digital proof.
- Production: Most custom orders are produced and ready to ship within 7–14 business days following final design approval.
Material & Printing Options
We offer professional-grade materials tailored to your specific needs:
- 200 Denier Nylon: Our most popular choice. Lightweight, durable, great for flying in light winds, and excellent color vibrancy. Ideal for outdoor use.
- Heavy-Duty Polyester: A more robust, durable option that withstands high-wind conditions. Ideal for year-round display in harsh climates.
- Printing Methods:
- Dye Sublimation: Used for complex, full-color designs. Dyes sink into the fabric for a vibrant, long-lasting print.
- Screen Printing: Ideal for simple designs with a limited number of solid colors. Ensures precise color matching and deep saturation.
Sizing & Finishing
- Standard & Custom Sizes: We offer standard sizes (3x5 ft, 4x6 ft, etc.) as well as entirely custom dimensions to fit unique flagpole setups.
- Single-Sided (Reverse Image on Back): The most common option. The design is fully visible on the front, and the back side shows a mirror image with slightly lighter saturation.
- Double-Sided (Correct Reading on Both Sides): Two flags are printed and sewn together with a liner in between. This ensures your design reads correctly on both sides but makes the flag heavier, requiring more wind to fly.
- Finishing: All flags come standard with a canvas header and durable brass grommets for easy attachment to a flagpole. Other options like pole sleeves are available upon request.

- Pricing: Custom flag pricing varies based on size, material choice, complexity of the design, and single vs. double-sided printing.
- No Minimum Order: Order as few as one custom flag.
- Bulk Pricing: Significant discounts are available for larger orders (e.g., 10+ flags). Ideal for corporate branding, events, or promotional giveaways.
