A Games Built on Iconic Backdrops

The LA28 Summer Olympics will celebrate sport across Southern California’s most legendary venues. In keeping with the city’s tradition of innovation, no new permanent venues will be built—existing stadiums, arenas, and beaches will be transformed into Olympic stages.

Featured Venues

  • Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum – Historic host of the 1932 and 1984 Games, returning as the centerpiece for athletics.

  • SoFi Stadium (Inglewood) – Adapted for swimming and ceremonies, blending modern design with Olympic tradition.

  • Crypto.com Arena (Downtown LA) – Basketball and other indoor sports in the heart of the city.

  • Dodger Stadium – Baseball returns to one of America’s most iconic ballparks.

  • Long Beach & Alamitos Beach – Beach volleyball, water polo, and sailing along the Pacific coast.

  • Dignity Health Sports Park (Carson) – Soccer, tennis, and cycling events in a multi-sport complex.

  • Intuit Dome – A new arena hosting basketball and other indoor competitions.
