Paper airplanes are pieces of paper that have been strategically folded to make use of Bernoulli's Principle. The principle, also the one used on real aircraft, states that a difference in speed over a wing will result in the creation of a lifting force, allowing the plane to travel farther

Paper  airplanes are older than real airplanes, dating to the 1800s. They were even used for aerodynamic research for real aircraft! These small planes have been very important to the world.
