Animal Crossing is a video game series created by Nintendo. The first game, simply called "Animal Crossing" was released for the Nintendo 64 in 2001, and at least one installment has been released on each subsequent  Nintendo console. The most recent game in the series, called "Animal Crossing: New Horizons" was released in 2020, and is designed to be played on the Nintendo Switch.

The game has very simple, calming gameplay mechanics, with there being no specific objective to complete. The game is set on an island with a few amenities laid out for you. One can try to complete a museum or art collection, pay off their house debt, or invite as many villagers as possible. Look through the website to find out more!
