Meet the Commander-in-Chief
Behind the strategic precision of every glaze and the historical accuracy of every flavor is Charlotte, the 18-year-old visionary founder of Napoleon’s Coalition Donuts. A recent honors graduate from culinary school, Charlotte decided to bypass the traditional kitchen ranks to build an empire of her own.
Her philosophy is simple: Baking is a campaign of passion. By blending her technical expertise in French pastry with a lifelong obsession with the Napoleonic Wars, she has created a bakery that is as much a tribute to history as it is to high-end confectionery.
"To bake the perfect donut, you need the discipline of a general and the creativity of an artist. I don't just want to feed people; I want to conquer their expectations." — Charlotte, Proprietor & Head Pastry Chef
When she isn't at the fryer perfecting the "Austerlitz Sun," you’ll likely find her studying period-accurate battle maps or sourcing rare spices that would have been prized in the 19th century. At Napoleon’s Coalition, Charlotte ensures that every "soldier" who walks through the door leaves with a taste of victory. |
