Welcome to Brain Blitz, the fast-paced trivia game where knowledge, speed, and strategy determine the winner. Players compete by answering questions from a variety of categories while earning points for correct answers. The goal is simple: score the most points before the game ends.

Number of Players

Brain Blitz can be played with 2 to 8 players. Players may compete individually or in teams depending on the size of the group.

Game Setup

Before the game begins, players should:

Decide the number of rounds to play.
Choose which trivia categories will be used.
Select a host or moderator to read the questions and keep score.

Each player or team starts the game with 0 points.

How the Game Works

During each round, the host reads a trivia question from one of the categories. Players must buzz in or raise their hand to answer. The first player recognized by the host gets the chance to answer.

Players typically have 5–10 seconds to respond.

Scoring

Points are awarded based on correct answers:

Correct Answer: +10 points
Incorrect Answer: −5 points (optional rule depending on difficulty)
Bonus Question: +15 points

If a player answers incorrectly, other players may have a chance to steal the question.

Winning the Game

The game ends when:

The set number of rounds is completed, or
The host runs out of questions.

The player or team with the highest score at the end is crowned the Brain Blitz Champion.

Tie Breaker

If two or more players are tied for first place, a sudden-death trivia question will be asked. The first player to answer correctly wins the game.
