Drop-Off & Pick-Up: Easy, Convenient, and Stress-Free

At our Doggy Daycare , we aim to make the drop-off and pick-up process as smooth and stress-free as possible for both you and your dog. Whether you're dropping off your pup for daycare, a grooming session, or a special event, here’s everything you need to know:

Drop-Off:

• Hours of Operation
  Our daycare is open for drop-offs from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM on weekdays. We recommend arriving during these hours to ensure your dog gets settled in and starts their day off right with playtime and socialization.
  For grooming appointments or other special services, please check with us for specific drop-off times, as they may vary.

• Easy Check-In
  When you arrive, simply head to our check-in area where one of our friendly staff members will greet you and your dog. We’ll make sure to gather all the necessary details, including any special instructions for your dog’s care, and get them ready for their day of fun.
  If it’s your dog’s first visit, we’ll take some extra time to ensure they’re comfortable and introduce them to their playgroup.

• Quick & Stress-Free
  We understand that mornings can be busy! That's why we’ve designed our check-in process to be quick and efficient, so you can get your dog settled and start your day. We want both you and your dog to feel good about the drop-off experience.

Pick-Up:

• Pick-Up Hours
  Our pick-up hours are from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We recommend picking up your dog during these times to ensure a smooth transition and to avoid overlapping with other clients. If you need a later pick-up, just let us know, and we can accommodate your schedule with prior arrangement.

• Pup Update
  When you arrive to pick up your dog, we’ll provide you with a quick update on their day! We’ll share how they did in playtime, any special moments they enjoyed, and if there were any important details to note (such as behavior, interactions with other dogs, or things to watch out for). You can also ask any questions about your dog’s day!

• Getting Your Dog Ready to Go Home
  Once you arrive, we’ll bring your dog out to you. If you’d like, we can help get your dog’s collar back on, give them a quick wipe-down, or hand you any personal items (like bedding or food). We make sure your dog is calm and ready to go home after a fun-filled day.

Late Pick-Up Options:

If you need to pick up your dog later than 6:00 PM, we offer a late pick-up option for an additional fee. This must be arranged in advance, so be sure to call ahead if you need a later time. We want to make your life easier, and we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Safety & Security

• Safe and Secure Facility
  Our daycare facility is fully secure to ensure your dog’s safety at all times. We have high fences, secure entryways, and a staff member available to assist during both drop-off and pick-up.
  To ensure the safety of all dogs, we require that all visitors (including human guests) check in at the front desk before entering the play areas.

• Emergency Contact Info
  We keep emergency contact information on hand for each dog in case of any unexpected situations. If you need to reach us during your dog’s stay, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
