5:00 PM – Graduate Check-In & Robing

• Graduates arrive early to check in.

• Pick up caps, gowns, and lineup cards (if applicable).

• Final instructions and group photos with classmates.

6:00 PM – Doors Open for Guests

• Family and friends may begin arriving and taking their seats.

• Ushers distribute programs and assist with seating.

7:00 PM – Ceremony Begins

• Processional: Graduates enter to ceremonial music.

• Welcome Address: Opening words by the principal/dean/head.

• National Anthem or School Song

• Speeches:

  • Valedictorian

  • Guest speaker or alumni address

7:45 PM – Presentation of Diplomas

• Graduates' names are called.

• Walk across the stage to receive diplomas.

• Professional photos and handshake with school leadership.

8:30 PM – Closing Remarks

• Final message to the graduating class.

• Turning of the tassels and cap toss!

8:45 PM – Reception or Dismissal

• Optional: Light refreshments, music, and mingling.

• Photo opportunities with friends, family, and faculty.

• Graduates reunite with guests for celebrations.
