PARKING

The 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles are expected to utilize several parking structures, including a new structure at Hollywood Park Studios in Inglewood, which will be able to accommodate over 1,000 vehicles. Additionally, smart parking technologies are being implemented in Downtown Los Angeles to improve parking efficiency and reduce congestion. Exposition Park is also undergoing renovations, including underground parking, to support the Olympic Games. 

  • Hollywood Park Studios: This new studio complex in Inglewood will feature a parking structure capable of holding more than 1,000 vehicles, including a bay for movie production trailers.
  • Smart Parking in DTLA: Los Angeles is implementing smart parking technologies in Downtown Los Angeles, such as real-time availability apps, automated guidance systems, and contactless payments to streamline the parking process for event attendees.
  • Exposition Park: This area will be renovated with new green space and underground parking to accommodate the Olympic Games.
  • Honda Center in Anaheim: . The Honda Center in Anaheim is undergoing a $1.1 billion renovation, which includes plans for "easy parking".
  • SoFi Stadium and LA Coliseum: . SoFi Stadium will host the opening and closing ceremonies, and the LA Coliseum will host swimming events.
