 Passwords have long been used to protect sensitive information ,even before the invention of computers.The simplest type of password is a literal word tha, when you say it, will grant you access to something not made publically accessible. In computer terminology, a password similarly protects your information, but does so through more advanced means.

Unfortunately, while the means of protection have gotten more advanced, the passwords themselves have not, even as the risks of getting your password correctly guessed have exponentially risen.
