Even though we're a government institution, we offer funny flags too! Of course, you can't put anything offensive, rude, or downright mean on your flag, but if you submit it, we'll more or less always make it. That even includes the Laser Kiwi flag! We would make this the official New Zealand flag, but we don't exactly have that power, unfortunately.
