1. Hours of Operation

• The mall is open during posted operating hours only.

• Entry outside operating hours is prohibited unless part of an authorized event.

2. Code of Conduct

• All guests must behave respectfully toward other visitors, employees, and mall property.

• Running, aggressive behavior, harassment, or disruptive conduct is not permitted.

• Loud music, yelling, or other excessively noisy activities are prohibited unless part of an approved event.

3. Safety & Security

• Security personnel may ask guests to leave if rules are violated.

• Emergency exits are for emergencies only.

• Any suspicious activity should be reported to Security immediately.

• Pets are not allowed inside the mall except for service animals.

4. Dress & Appearance

• Shirts, shoes, and appropriate attire are required at all times.

• Clothing displaying offensive language or imagery may result in removal from the property.

5. Photography & Filming

• Casual photography is permitted.

• Professional photography, filming, or use of tripods requires prior approval from mall management.

6. Food & Drink

• Food and beverages must be consumed in designated dining areas.

• Outside food may be restricted at certain venues within the mall.

7. Store Policies

• All stores within Liam’s Mall have the right to enforce their own policies in addition to mall rules.

• Guests must follow instructions from store employees regarding returns, fitting rooms, and product handling.

8. Loitering

• Prolonged sitting or gathering in hallways, stairwells, or entrances is prohibited unless waiting for transportation or resting briefly.

9. Minors

• Minors under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

• After 8 PM, guests under 18 may be required to be with an adult depending on mall policy.

10. Prohibited Items & Activities

• Weapons, fireworks, or dangerous items are not allowed on mall premises.

• Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

• Skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, and bicycles may not be used inside the mall.

11. Property Care

• Defacing, damaging, or tampering with mall property, displays, or equipment is prohibited.

• Littering is not allowed—please use the provided waste and recycling containers.

12. Compliance

• Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from Liam’s Mall or involvement of local authorities.

• Mall management reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
