Here at Bautista Theater, we take legal matters VERY seriously.

Our team of lawyers works 24/7 to ensure everybody has a SAFE and FUN experience at our theaters.

When purchasing any items at our theater, you sign a contract barring you from suing us.

Incidents, whether from our staff, other patrons, or yourself, are not put on the responsibility of the theater.

This includes:

Throwing tomatoes at the screen because you thought a movie was bad

Recording a movie with a camera ILLEGALLY (this is piracy!!!)

Getting into a fist fight in the middle of the theater and disrupting everyone

Attempting to jump into the theater screen Super Mario 64 style

Cheering when Maria will (probably) get shot in Sonic the Hedgehog 3
