| There are many things I like about Lacrosse class. The first thing I like is line drills. Line drills are at the start of pratice, after warming up we get into our assignated lines and we do many different drills like catching and throwing with right and left hand. As well as ground balls, right-left, left-right, leading, etc. I also like the different drills we do as a team. My favorite drill to do is 5-point. This is a drill where there are 2 defenders at the top of the goal and 3 offenders at the bottom. The goal is the offenders to pass to each other at least 2 times and then make a goal. |
