🔁 Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

  • Pop! Yourself Figures: Custom items created through our Pop! Yourself service.

  • Bulk Purchases: Orders containing six or more of the same item.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 1–2 weeks for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.Funko

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you use our pre-paid return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
