Tim Bradford is a strict and highly disciplined training officer. At first, he appears intimidating and emotionally distant. He pushes rookies to their limits because he believes the job demands mental and physical toughness.

However, beneath his hardened exterior is a deeply loyal and protective individual. His past, including a complicated marriage and personal struggles, explains much of his guarded personality. Over time, he softens — especially through his mentorship of Lucy Chen — revealing humor, vulnerability, and deep emotional growth.
