f the player has not secured a good future for all the rounds, Eggman retreats on his hovercraft with the blue Time Stone, laughing at Sonic. Sonic throws a rock, hitting Eggman's vehicle and causing it to explode. A post-credits scene shows Little Planet reappearing above Never Lake in its dilapidated state, with the text "TRY AGAIN".

• If the player has secured a good future for all the rounds, Sonic watches Little Planet disappear, leaving behind sparks in the shape of Sonic's face. After the credits roll, Little Planet flowers appear around Never Lake with the text "YOU'RE TOO COOL!" shown on-screen.
